Thanks for the reference. I was actually searching for this yesterday, having come across it before, but I couldn't remember the name! It's nice that it doesn't have the polemic associated with GPL; though it still seems to suffer the problem that it's easily circumvented by asking the user to download the support library separately from the application. (But perhaps loopholes like that are not fatal commercially, as Alex points out?)
